- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds.
- Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
- in the case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, customers are responsible to file the claim with the mail carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is delivered to the address provided with order.
4. Product
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted and selected with care. Please note that slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur and may differ from photos. These natural variations are part of the unique beauty and character of our treasures.

- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
